Dubai is no-doubt one of the most beautiful and captivating cities of the world. The extravagance, skyscrapers, big hotels and the luxury of the beautiful city are often spoken about. Although not the capital of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the city is the major business and commercial hub.
Sitting directly in the Arabian Desert; the emirate of Dubai shares borders with Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the Sultanate of Oman to the South, NorthEast and SouthEast. It is divided into multiple districts – Jumeira, Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai, Satwa, Bur Dubai, Karama, Midriff, Deira, International city, Arabian Ranches and Emirates hills and Jebel Ali.
The city has no natural water body or oases; however, there is a natural inlet – the Dubai Creek as well as multiple gorges and waterholes. The population is estimated to be over 2,502,715 with immigrants making up most of the numbers.
