Climate

The archipelago's climate is semi-tropical, mainly hot and humid, with little annual variation in temperature. The wet season (November to April) can bring severe tropical storms. If you want to visit, tropical, lightweights and cottons are recommended while rainwear should be considered from November to April.

There are mobile phone networks on the Solomon Islands. While you can use their Public e-mail facilities, which are available in Gizo and  the capital- Honiara.
