What do i do if my flight search displays no result?

Simply send your requests (travel dates, prefered airlines etc) to Reservations@wontra.com as our reservation team can help you make the booking from our office. You can also fill the enquiry form on the search result page and state your search reference.

What is the age limit for Infant and Children?

As a general rule in the travel industry, the below ages are categorized.

Infant - Ages between 0-2 years

Child - Ages between 2-11 years

Minor - Less than 17 years of age

Can i cancel a ticket i booked on Wontra.com?

Yes you can. Simply request for cancellation or modification by contacting our helpdesk via phone on 014609944 or via mail at customerservice@wontra.com. Please NOTE that this is subject to the rules of the ticket as stated by the airlines in addition to our terms and conditions.
